the no HS rule has merit for the small fraction of players who have not or pro aspirations, the nation's truly top talent. But DA is far bigger than that and the vast majority of players will never be more than college level, some not even that. USSF cares more about market share than quality. Make DA much smaller so that it only for the nation's top talent, make it free for them, and leave the rest to work towards their college aspirations elsewhere. Let them play HS if they want, but they don't have to if they don't.Comment
