No, they don't. Honestly, their opinion is if a player is having so much angst about playing HS then they are not a player they would want in GDA. Honestly, they are much better off playing HS in this instance. And, I wish them well.
Been at this a while and the level of play in the GDA is underwhelming at best- and that goes for ECNL and HS as well. Watered down mess and the silly HS ban is just contributing to the problem.

the no HS rule has merit for the small fraction of players who have not or pro aspirations, the nation's truly top talent. But DA is far bigger than that and the vast majority of players will never be more than college level, some not even that. USSF cares more about market share than quality. Make DA much smaller so that it only for the nation's top talent, make it free for them, and leave the rest to work towards their college aspirations elsewhere. Let them play HS if they want, but they don't have to if they don't.

Congrats to Jilly and Lumi for their selection to the u17 and u16 NT respectively, but please stop promoting them NYSC, as if you guys had anything to do with their success, its was FURY and Oakwood, so STFU.....
