NPL A is solid competition save for 2 clubs. Same as PreDA league. Until DA there is no rule to prohibit this. Select B team cant compete at the NPL level yet. Selects 6 2007 teams are at the level they should be at in NEP.
Other PreDA teams are doing it the only difference is they are not doing it under 2 separate teams. When DA starts all of theses clubs will need to have 2 rosters.

NPL B is an even weaker division.

This is correct. There is not a separate DA “A” team and NPL “B” team. It’s one group of 15 kids playing in both leagues.

You will enjoy it so much more if would stop obsessing about things that don't matter. Enjoy the here and now. Statistically many won't even be playing by high school let alone college. Let your kid forge their own path.

Why us NEFC pre-DA playing in the 2006 age group of their own tournament? There are some good teams in the top 2007 bracket including SPOL and Oakwood.

Says who ? Oakwood finished last in NEGDL and SOL plays in a terribly weak NEP NPL B division. NEFC is much better off playing up even in their own tourney. More bang for their buck.

Nobody fears SPOL at this point.
