In most of our games, we start out strong and are up at halftime- then the coach subs for a quarter or so and it makes a difference and we ende up losing. It's creating tension among the girls and it gets to a point that when these players are in, some aren't wanting to pass to them which isn't fair either😂 It's a hard spot for everyone to be in.

As evidenced by the recent victory over Concorde and recent narrow loss to Tophat - the top 2 teams in this Division. If you look closely at how this coach manages his teams he spreads the minutes a lot the first half of the season and gives everyone a chance to prove themselves in different positions and different combinations. In the second half of the season he starts to lock things down into a more regular pattern with some very impressive results. He's done it the last 2 years, wait and see.

What is the club supposed to do? move the coach to a different age group because his kid can now play on his team? Forgo the knowledge the coach has of the players in his team and all the opposing teams he has been playing all along? That is ridiculous. Quit making an issue out of this, if your kid is not playing enough have her train harder and earn her spot on the field.

There is also a year long waiting period to get your B after your C. You can't just go get these licenses in a weekend! Come back when you are educated on the process.

You obviously know nothing about the process to acquire these certs/licenses.
Here's a link so you aren't so ignorant.

This is a great group of players, parents and coach. If you're so unhappy, vote with your feet instead of whining on a public forum.

Just my two cents on the subject...... Not with the club but...... daddy coaches should not be allowed at this level. It is a no win for daddy coach, club, daughter and team.
