My thoughts
Well, the poll is over and it was a narrow victory (5-3) for the veracity of the apology.
I am inclined to accept this.
Certainly, it could be an imposter or another dad on the team. I wondered, since all these posts were anonymous, how would I know if AD actually posted an apology. In the end, I cannot.
But I think and hope that it was an apology from him (and the reply to his apology claiming to be AD was trying to keep the feud alive-I can appreciate the entertainment value to those on the outside looking in).
Regardless, I WILL be a man of my word and will post no more about AD (which now has transformed to ACYS Dad) or any struggles the team faces. In fact, if they have a successful State Cup run & make the Round of 16 I will come back and extend my own apology to AD. Fair is fair.
The hatchet is buried and I wish ACYS 2001's nothing but success.
