Of the final four teams, two of them are going development academy next year. That leaves Fire and Toros for next season
Fire are in the unique situation of being too far geographically from any of the DA's to lose any of their players. Will the toros stay intact?

CG is a great team, but they would struggle against the U 14 academy teams being formed now.

Weston 99/00 Academy
Are Weston keeping all their 00's together for the new U13/14 Academy or mixing it up ? Nice little team who may get hit a bit this year but be major strength in 2014/2015 season.

Silly

To say the Toros would struggle against a first year DA team is just stupid. When the Academy system results in the US actually qualifying for the Olympics, or the US u20 team qualifying for the World Cup, them I will pay attention. Until then, the DA system is not credible.

Our FC Florida u18 team shouldn't of had a chance against the professional New York Red Bulls, but they still tied them to 2-2 in an aggressively played match. A week later, two of our boys signed pro contracts with the red bulls. No DA at FC Florida, no problem.
