There are only a few pre Bubb coaches left. Surprisingly, many of the Board members were on the FESA or JYSC Board before Bubb came in like Bingi, Dellaporta, and Mail. There are only five Board members at FESA.

Fesa is financially very strong. It is built on excellent business principles. SMail and Bingy have seen to that. The foundations are in place now for an incredible future.

You could not be more clueless and further from reality. Yes. It is important for a youth soccer club to be financially stable. This is stating the obvious. But at FESA, this seems to be the end game. The money part. As a non-profit, they spend more time marketing and trying to convince their customers they are performing than actually delivering the best to its members. Your statement alone is more false marketing. The club may be fine money-wise but it is languishing and highly underperforming given its potential. And as long as its business principles continue, it will get worse before it gets better. Mail and Bingy have huge egos, small brains and should get lost with their clueless business principles.

Let me offer this USL hooey as Exhibit A. Why all the distraction and attention on a third tier adult mens league? It means zero to the average rank and file kid and family at FESA yet another example of its leadership losing focus and chasing the shiny penny. You can pump it up as the greatest thing that ever happened at FESA but that hardly makes it so. Why do the overall ECNL teams have more losses than wins and the coaching ranks in disarray????

Trajectory: Last year was it 2 or 3 teams qualified for girls ECNL nationals. This year barely 1. Awesome trajectory! Like a failed missile launch and we all know how that turns out.
