The cost of living on LI is higher than most and therefore that effects the coaches/trainers at a given club. That is why you have younger coaches with little experience or higher licenses which take time and expense to receive. Parents have this idea that these coaches are all highly skilled and experience but that is not the case on LI.

If you want your kid to be better, the child has to be practicing on his/her own, too.

any dumb-ss can sit through the class, take the test and get the fkg license.
To be a good coach/trainer, you either HAVE TALENT for it or you DO NOT!
Licenses look good on paper for idiots that liked to be stroked.

Ohh yah any coach? so what if I told you that the poster boy Kozy who so many think is a great coach has failed his USSF C license the 1st time he took it and was not accepted into the USSF B license? and it baffles me that no one has yet said a word today about SUSA's hiring of JR who had relations with a former player of his who is 20 yrs younger than him, or the fact that he got fired at FC COPA in NJ for inappropriate behavior with his former player Rebecca and also stole money? IF SUSA hired people like this it is only a matter of time where we hear another story like the one of the Franklin Square coach who got caught having relations with his 16 yr old female player more than twice. SUSA Hired JR without any caution and made him the director for the entire girl program....its disgusting and he is a creep.

Clubs get around that be saying trainers with “C” licenses are studying for their “B” license.
this is no different than many people we work with in the office (outside of this soccer world) with their BS BA degrees we often say to ourselves "how does this dumb motherfkr keep a job here?"
Yes your dumb soccer license is worthless compared to someone that has a natural talent for coaching/training and has no stupid license. so please shov it up your -ss.
