The side hustle doesn't work if you're a bad coach. There's a reason why certain coaches have successful private coaching businesses.

If you can afford it the extra training is very good. Don’t hate the people that can afford to have their kids get better. Just like getting a tutor for math.

Most Ft coaches earn $50-60k, It's certainly not the worst for the hours worked.

how many full time coaches do you think clubs have ? Maybe the owner if they also coach and the DOC, most clubs in CT work with a small back office that work the admin stuff full time and coach on top for that $50-$60k a year so the hours worked are not worth the money plus this only accounts for the 1-3 staff at most that are actually full time, if you think every coach in CT is full time then you are misguided. Most clubs pay between $2k-$12k per team per year or $30-$60 per hours based on club, team and competitive level of play (cjsa, npl , EDP,GA ect...)

Jealous much? This is why the people with money will have the better teams. They can afford the extra training.
The same way very few kids from Hartford, Bridgeport, Meriden, Norwalk or Stamford are going to Harvard or Princeton

Cheshire
Cheshire United has some good young coaches. DP, a former quinnipiac standout, coaching a young girls team. I would like to see a guy like him continue to grow and see where he lands.

Or, just play local. You aren't going to get rich at this. It's just a game. Do you even watch pro soccer?
