    This is only partly true. For that 2002 team, they took the 3 girls from FSA, 1 from Ginga, and 1-2 from Oakwood. Maybe a few others I'm missing. Out of all of those girls, only 2 (from FSA) actually started/played - the rest played with the Composite team. Talent hoarding. So they did take a bunch of girls from the outside, but still hard to crack the ECNL team - at least that year which was a very strong group.
