Dumb azzes. State Cup is open to all teams. It's a tournament with the title "State" in it. That's it. It is not the State Championship.

The tournament is owned by FYSA. One of their pre-requisites for entry is to participate in one of their sanctioned leagues. That is the only price for membership.

GDA, ECNL, and US Club teams do not participate by their own choice!

This is where ECNL and DA would get exposed. When the Sunrise teams beat them. They wouldn't want that and would never play State Cup.

Good for them. Will look forward to the increased competition then! I’ve seen clubs load up on ecnl players before but ha ent seen DA- except for one club who had a DP that was playing DA in GA.
