Each club will hold their own tryouts to fill their Black and Blue teams. Then the top players from each club will be selected to compete for spots on the Suncrest ECNL squads

ECNL is a practical organization... until last season tgey had two clubs in South Florida... why wouldnt they award Sunrise and Pinecrest their own franchises??
that merger makes zero sense fron a practicaloty and logistic prespective.
So Sunrise is basically telling us that they cannot earn an ECNL franchise on its own ??

I have to disagree with you. I think this is the best way to make sure the Suncrest ECNL team will attract the best talent from both counties. I for one would like to congratulate both clubs for making this bold decision.
