    Suncrest Premier SC ECNL 2018

ECNL Welcomes Suncrest Premier as New Member Club in 2018

RICHMOND, VA (February 22, 2018) – The Elite Clubs National League is excited to announce that Suncrest Premier will be joining the ECNL beginning in the 2018-2019 ECNL Season. The ECNL will be the only national league in which the club will compete, and the focal point of its competitive efforts.

Suncrest Premier SC is based in one of Florida's most competitive soccer markets. Built on the proven development methodology of Pinecrest Premier SC and Sunrise SC, Suncrest Premier SC will quickly become a leader in South Florida. The clubs have had multiple teams qualify for the USYS Southern Regional Premier League this year. Many players from Suncrest Premier SC prove their quality.

“We are very excited to welcome Suncrest Premier SC into the ECNL,” said ECNL Commissioner Jen Winnagle. “Pinecrest Premier Sc and Sunrise SC have been two of the top development clubs in the country year after year, and we expect Suncrest Premier SC to quickly rise to also become one of the top programs in the Southeast Conference.”

“Sting Soccer has given our female student athletes the avenue to excel by creating programs and an atmosphere to develop leaders on and off the field,” said Sunrise SC Director Aguinaldo Ferreira. “Sunrise SC has experienced a tremendous amount of success in a short period of time and is evidence of the strong foundation on which it will continue to grow. Joining the ECNL will provide the platform to propel Suncrest Premier SC to take the field on the national stage.”

Suncrest Premier SC will begin formal competition in the ECNL in August 2018

There's a reason you can't find this anywhere else. It's Fake News. Some troll copy/pasted and edited the announcement for another club. Nice try, though.

Finally two clubs have gotten together to do something smart for a change. This merger will do wonders for girls soccer in So Florida. The choice to schedule practices and games at Amelia is just genius since it is centrally locates to both clubs. Do you know when tryouts are to be held?

Typically there is a winner and loser with these mergers where one club is the dominant decision maker, takes the talent from the other and the loser becomes essentially a rec club. Not the first do this so the only questions really is which one will be the winner and how long before the parents will come on saying what bad decision and how their kid got hosed.
