If a team was not "successful" in the recently ending season with its players, that means the new team needs to be rebuilt. Yes, with some former players along with the new. A team's sub players need to be as strong as the starters.
Wrong. Coaches evaluate where the areas for improvement are and you weed out the players that don't belong. If the bench players are weak, then you bring in 6 to replace those players, if a player tries out and she can beat out a starter, you move that starter to another position and bench player #10. Simple. Key is to get rid of these players that some idiot felt were worth keeping. Those "masterminds" killed done of these teams. Not enough players? Then roster small and reward NPL players. You don't keep 4 players that struggle at NPL and even CDL level!

I agree with have a roster that is enough, not having overage just in case. For the upcoming U14 ECNL team 16-18 is ideal. The only reason a team would have more than that is because they don't want to cut or drop a player. The club will have enough players in NPL, CDL, and USA if a player or two is needed.

It happens for sure in other smaller less competitive clubs but I doubt that is the case with this club/team.
There are several players on ECNL and NPL teams that should not be there, in all age groups. Coaches are reluctant to make cuts, they can't handle the conflict. Dropping these players to 2nd and 3rd teams would make those teams more competitive in their league and open spots for some real talent on the ECNL and NPL teams. Unfortunately it is the parents of these players that won't open their eyes and see what is happening, They would rather see their kids sit the bench on the top team under the excuse "the training is better", but it is not. Training for most teams on the East side is mediocre at best. If the coaches were not afraid of conflict and parents let their kids play at the correct level, and they brought in better coaches, WFF could be a huge draw for great players. Today it is not and they don't have a good plan for the future. It would also help if they did an overhaul of all the fields on the East side.

My kid is very happy where she is. There are not many great players that want to play on your daughter's team. In case you don't know putting balls in the net is the key to success, until the ECNL team gets some better offense great players will not come.

That offense has put 10 goals on your team the last 2 games and if the girls played in that weak ass league of yours, there would be many more. Please don't compare teams that play different leagues. You've scored 2 goals while allowing 10 vs the ECNL team. Go back to the drawing board.

My daughter's team has never played the WFF u14 girls team, and based on your attitude and the teams record she would never want to play on your team. Here is a hint on how to get great players to your club, try to stop pacing and coaching from the sidelines and ... SCORE GOALS.

everyone stop the BS. The team is fine. We have a long season with many more games to play and still a lot of training to do. When the season is over there will be tryouts in May. Whoever wants to come will come and whoever doesn't then don't. Just give it a rest. Thanks

NPL parents never change, always come on here and bash a team because their child either can't make the team or mom caused the child to be removed. Stay off this site, nobody cares about the NPL team.

New logo means new uniform. I'm guessing can just purchase practice T-shirts and tops. I actually like 2 of the logos.
