Simple. Key is to get rid of these players that some idiot felt were worth keeping. Those "masterminds" killed done of these teams. Not enough players? Then roster small and reward NPL players. You don't keep 4 players that struggle at NPL and even CDL level!

It's hard to believe when you look at their other teams and how they only pick the best to form teams. It happens for sure in other smaller less competitive clubs but I doubt that is the case with this club/team.

Dropping these players to 2nd and 3rd teams would make those teams more competitive in their league and open spots for some real talent on the ECNL and NPL teams. Unfortunately it is the parents of these players that won't open their eyes and see what is happening, They would rather see their kids sit the bench on the top team under the excuse "the training is better", but it is not. Training for most teams on the East side is mediocre at best. If the coaches were not afraid of conflict and parents let their kids play at the correct level, and they brought in better coaches, WFF could be a huge draw for great players. Today it is not and they don't have a good plan for the future. It would also help if they did an overhaul of all the fields on the East side.

NPL parents never change, always come on here and bash a team because their child either can't make the team or mom caused the child to be removed. Stay off this site, nobody cares about the NPL team.
