There is not as much interest as there once was. Teams declined.

Including both ECNL teams from Washington.

The openings are not there because of teams turning away spots, the openings are there because new Oregon teams were added.

Not many teams can pull together a competitive roster for a last minute out of town tournament in August, so if spots were offered to new teams in WA, ID, or Canada, they probably weren't snagged up due to low roster numbers. This is an expensive tournament, and you don't want to show up with half a team.

GU14 has Crossfire United ECNL (combo of Crossfire Premier and Seattle United).

Crossfire United is the name of the Oregon club. Crossfire Washington is the name of the Washington team. Not sure where you are making this other stuff up at. This is almost laughable that NWCL is so watered down.
