There are abusive people in every profession...better buy her a lawnmower so she won't have to answer to anyone.
    God, no wonder Trump won.
Thanks for your concern. She’s now attending a top college double majoring and holding a 3.95 GPA, with sights on law school.

Careful, she may need to represent you someday.

Sorry to hear that your daughter prefers to be around abusive men ( or women perhaps). Either way, not healthy.

      aaaaahhhhh....someone needs a hug.

I’m guessing when she gets older, she’ll learn to tolerate and justify bully behavior too. Perhaps she’ll find a husband that likes to show her who wears the pants in the family. Bravo.

Quite the opposite. She knows how to stick up for herself and not always looking for someone else to constantly tell her all is well when it's not.

          She has a backbone.

I see the pussification of America is in full force.

Amazing how we coddle kids today. We really are doomed.

Great, just what we need...more attorneys to sue the bullies.
Is she playing, did she get the soccer scholarship or are you just imparting your nostalgic remembrances.

Pussification is letting bullies be bullies. A coach that gets off berating young kids is also a Pussy. Teaching young kids to let adults belittle them is teaching them to be a pussy. Don’t be a pushy.

You have to check your reading comprehension....never said or even implied suing bullies

She is still playing. No scholarship. For her it was always a game. Never a job.

Berating is a subjective term. Some hear a raised decibel and thing it's being berated. Sorry if coach can't hug your child from 60 yards away.

Teaching kids to hear the message, not the delivery, and for mom to stay out of the way while they learn right from wrong is a good step.

Next, you'll be sitting in on their interviews after college....

Agree. Kids need to learn to stand up to bullies. There is a huge difference to coaches who coach and give constructive criticism and those who bully. Respectfully take coaching tips and constructive criticism but a kid should never be a pushover snowflake and let a coach bully them!

Yep. INstead, we have mom's on here looking to stand up for them.

Let the kids sort it out themselves.

It's a serious question. Lawnmowering is a huge problem. Kids are unprepared for any conflict because mommie takes it over for them.

88 posts about bullies...are we being overrun?
Or is it the same 2 or 3 posters?

If coaches aren’t developing your kid, then they’re bullying them.
Who the hell would want to coach? Referees?

I think most folks understand the difference between what is being said and how loud it is being said.
