Now, it might be the case that they lose at FIFA--FIFA might say, essentially, that since the US hasn't been participating in the solidarity payment system (particularly MLS), that no club in the US can claim solidarity payments. MLS' decision might change this going forward.
Or, it might be the case that Westside's case is dismissed for lack of paperwork, as cases about Deuce and Bradley were.
Or FIFA might rule in the favor of Westside, Crossfire Premier, and other clubs who still have pending cases before the dispute committee.

Whether that is right or fair, is another question--I tend to think that TC should only apply if training is subsidized--but FIFA makes no such distinction.
