They were never relevant. A past BOD took $30,000 and booked a cruise before AYSO jumped in. They hired Asaf and paid him out of rec funds that they were not supposed to. Asaf still wanted to get paid so struck a deal with the crumbling Boca United Club and that didn't work out too well. If you look at their page of coaches, very little top flight experience and the same coaches are listed on 2 or 3 teams in some cases and they aren't qualified to coach one.
