Every single one of those coaches failed the kids/players. They all should be charged with conspiracy and any other charges that would apply. They all should lose their license for life and parents should bring civil suits against them.

    THEY ALL MOST BE CHARGED!!!

Those parents have until Feb 3, 2021 and Weston FC is the one that teaches and approves coaches licenses. Try talking to FYSA about that. The hazing question under the coaches test is very simple.
      Did you see hazing?
      Yes
      Did you stay quiet?
      Of course
      Great!
      Your license is renewed

Why Victor Pastora will use Inter Miami CF name to promote a player in a lawsuit?

Let’s be devil’s advocate and say that all Weston FC says is true. Perpetrators where suspended and they don’t support hazing. We all know by now, that to move up in DA you need a recommendation from your previous club. In this case, Weston FC and Victor Pastora who was the coach as of Feb 3, 2020 the last game all this perpetrators played under Weston FC. All 6 stayed on the roster all year and 1 perpetrator named on lawsuit was recommended to play at BOCA SFFA in August 2019. Is Weston FC using Inter Miami CF to promote players that haze and sodomize? Is the silence code rewarded more than effort? What will they do if your child has the rectum perforated and he dies?
They will do exactly the same. Players who died under hazing encountered the same retaliation we encountered at Weston FC.
        No justice!

        Team that includes 6 perpetrators

3 months after lawsuit was filed, one perpetrator was promoted by Weston FC and Pastora to stay in DA

        http://boca.ussoccerda.com/sam/teams...?team=12102080

What do we teach our kids? To keep training and play better? Or just to keep a silent code and haze and sodomize?
Because the ones in Colombia said they are doing what they did to them at Weston FC under Pastora.

          Correction
Pastora was the coach as of Feb 3, 2019 of that 6 perpetrators named on lawsuit. He saved their asses from jail paying for airplane tickets on Feb 2, 2019.

This is the USA, NOT Nicaragua, we protect kids here

Pastora came back on Feb 3, 2019
He had to cancel his farewell party because players where still hangover from Colombia trip.

For all other victims of hazing sodomy, you don’t need to stay quiet to play. We have many good coaches out their waiting to develop players.

As long as Weston FC and Victor Pastora is after everyone on the Colombia trip and against hazing. We won’t stop talking about this. Parents need to know how they will be teated at Weston FC. You might be able to keep some quiet with great positions. But the truth always comes out. You are messing with kids and that is unforgivable.

                This is just the beginning....

I was in that Colombia trip. We came back and all was quiet for a couple of months. Then we had an incident at the club and everyone started to talk about Colombia. The players where still on the roster not playing, victim was removed from roster for snitching immediately after we came from Colombia. So I asked the club for education against hazing, and a new culture since Pastora was not there.
To my surprise, I got 2 attorney letters from Weston FC encouraging me to stay quiet and leave the club. Not to mention the calls, that’s another full thread.
I have both letters framed in my house to remind me that we have to keep fighting, not only against hazing sodomy in this case. But against a system that only protects the owners and perpetrators.

Baby steps towards a safer WESTON FC

                  1) Weston FC should start for acknowledging the word HAZING, or SODOMY. They can’t even mention any word related to the assault. They only said “unsportsmanlike behavior”
This is RAPE, unsportsmanlike behavior is a player kicking another player in the leg when the ball is far away. We need education about hazing, and we cannot educate players without using the word.

                    Question to attorneys

                    To all attorneys:

If Weston FC is the one providing training to coaches and renewing licenses. Are they committing fraud when they renew one to a coach that didn’t report in Colombia under the 24 hrs rules timeline under Safe Sports? They are ignoring reports against Victor Pastora, we made several to FYSA and US Soccer, he was still able to renew. Even after a 3 week suspension for anti semitic comments.
The Colombia trip happened at Weston FC, isn’t that a conflict or interest?

“Under the SafeSport Act, the reporting obligation is triggered when a mandatory reporter becomes aware of “facts that give reason to suspect” a child has suffered an incident of child abuse. Mandatory reporters should refrain from judging or evaluating the credibility of such allegations, and instead immediately report these incidents to law enforcement and to SafeSport. Failure to promptly (within 24 hours of becoming aware) report suspected child abuse to law enforcement may constitute a violation of federal law, state law and U.S. Soccer’s SafeSport Policy. Click here if you have suspicions that must be reported.“

Who posted this thread? They tried to alert 🚨 about safety issues 11 days before hazing sodomy. If all is a lie, why did you close the thread 12 days before lawsuit was filed?
