Those scouts don’t even bother coming over here.
Although Harrison scored against Liverpool.

That is not true. There are a number of clubs which have scouts which come to top tournaments in the U.S. I know this as I recently participated on a webcast with coach from one of the Bundesliga teams academies. How do you think Pulisic, Reyna. De la Fuente, etc were discovered?

Pulisic left to go to Germany, Reyna has dad.
And international scouts are well advised by the locals-there are no “discoveries”.

You have to start somewhere. There is potential for a U.S. soccer boom should Pulisic continue to have a significant impact in the PL and Reyna have a breakout season in the Bundesliga. The top players will go to Europe to get the best coaching, training, etc.

If a US boom hasn’t occurred in the last 2 decades, it’s because the ship has sailed.
