When? Spring showcases were all cancelled, no ID events since March. Depending on the school's recruiting timelines they may have been focusing on finishing their 21s. Stud 22s and top program will be ok, but that leaves out a good 60% (at least) for whom spring of sophomore year and that summer was really important. Now they can't get seen until April of Jr year. If things can resume April they'll be ok but it will be a very compressed time table. Better stay healthy and fit to hit the ground running.

They can if they already had visas. Incoming freshman this year were screwed if they didn't have a vsia.
And as many foreign players are also the top players coaches will hold their spots. Life will be back in the fall. Schools open, travel open.
