As long as they sport the accent that automatically makes them qualified. The problem is you can’t even vet their resume so literally they can say they coached at high level places and get away with it. Which begs the question if that’s the case why didn’t they stay and continue coaching at a much higher level? I guess nj youth soccer it’s where it’s at.
