Second..... Why don't you tell about JB's credentials since you?
Lastly.....why are you concerned about "CDL Celtic". You need to be worried about the market share (MONEY) TBU is losing to Florida Premier.

AL, we'll follow your lead and we'll wait patiently for the tryouts at the quality clubs.
It's a 10-month long season, we can wait a few more weeks to get it right.

You do realize that non-profit businesses are still businesses? Right! Capitalism at its best. Don't be a hater because the TBU business model isn't working right now. The best businesses adapt changes. If not they fail. Ask Sears and K-Mart. 🙂🙂

To employ staff and coaches, you need to plan. To be able to plan, you need families committed and hence a deposit makes sense. If people aren't sure they want to or can do soccer next year do to COVID, the clubs need to know so they don't enter a contract for a coach for that age group next season. There are no shareholders getting rich. And I'm sure directors will get paid what they get paid regardless (unless a club collapses), so it is really about hiring and paying coaches per team.

I am 100% POSITIVE that if TBU were the first club in the Tampa Bay area to hold tryouts it would be a totally different narrative. We would all hear about of how great of a job their DOC and BOD are doing. How TBU are the innovators and everyone else if lagging behind. So on and so forth. Stop hating! Let FP and Celtic do their own thing. TBU worry about doing you. 🤡🤡

FP can scramble to get those tryouts in. Congrats to them and their families for going through the process. But looking at the whole process FP is still the same club they have always been. The top talent plays at TBU and everything else follows. FL Prem will be the feeder club to TBU. You did TBU a solid by bringing in all the players from the smaller groups in Tarpon and Wesley Chapel. It takes years for a group to gel but when your teams get creamed this upcoming year because you teams arent used to playing at a higher level of play then parents will say why are we wasting our time at FP and go to where all the talent plays on one team. You teams still have big holes at every position. It was evident this weekend on both the boys and girls side. Congrats either way now you can step aside and like the true professionals take it from here.

So, you were scouting both the boys and girls rosters this weekend? Nothing better to do? Also, did you split up with a partner to cover both locations?
