What’s going on with FPA? Last I heard they were partnering with LVU and set up shop in Ukies backyard.

No leadership on either end just a way to say to people they are trying to make their clubs better. It’s not a merger so everyone does their own thing at the end of the day.

        Like penn fusion and pflv

          It is great news.

But until league has some traction, it will be tough to lure kids from ECNL especially from PF who has a loyal membership.

Wow Ukies 1st teams were barely worthy of EDP 1st Div to begin with....constantly getting destroyed by PSC, Real etc goes to show you these leagues are not about the best teams but indeed about the best business. The truth is college coaches still look for the best players not what league you play in.l

So the DA collapsed almost overnight and left everyone scrambling to find a league to play. Some chose MLS, some chose ECNL, some chose to form a new league and some chose to join EDP with Real Jersey.

Oops sorry, just a little bit of editing here ... okay. So the DA collapsed almost overnight and left everyone scrambling to find a league to play. Some chose MLS, some chose ECNL and some chose to form a new league.

Yes you can think that but the truth is even in the National league and sometimes even in the NCS finals there are often second and third club teams. For example, Match Fit USYS girls is often in the top in some age groups. That is the 3rd team for Match Fit with ECNL and RL being their top teams. So if players really want to play in college they would benefit more playing ECNL, RL or GAL leagues where there will be a ton of college exposure.

That’s really funny...Real NJ would destroy your club playing with 2 players short.

Please ... you play in a division with Coppa and Hulmeville, clubs that are way past their prime. I’m surprised Twin County Stampede isn’t in your division ... oh there they are, I spoke too soon. Yet you BARELY beat Delco, the last place team in ECNL’s northeast conference. Please.

Guys there are numerous township teams that beat ecnl and da teams. The ecnl has been watered down for a few years and this new league isn’t helping to change that. I was hoping the da teams would go back to usys which would have made ecnl better again but it didn’t happen. Looks like we’ll have to wait a few more years for this new league to fold too.

                        Or maybe the ECNL folds.

If you were running a business would you want to be part of an organization that is controlled by your competitor who continuously makes decisions that give them an advantage.

there are not numerous township teams that beat ecnl and da teams, but either way, as you will learn, you can beat a pro team, but if there aren't any college coaches watching, then it didn't mean much in terms of the goals of the players. Without ECNL, you don't get seen by college coaches.

Their actually are. You forget how bad the bottom teams, like the bucks, are in the ECNL. Sorry if the truth and price tag hurt, but at least your little sleeve patch is quite shiny! :)

I predict across the board the girls Bucks teams will be more competitive next year and if you look at who’s coaching their U9-U11 teams (Fehrle & McLoughlin), they will be fielding stronger teams for the next several years. The new DOC has a short AND medium term plan to make Bucks competitive again.
