From being one of the best clubs in central Florida as FC America they have been slowly dying ever since the take over. Very sad. I think this club is dead or its the last season.

"Slowly dying" is a bit of a lazy argument. Regardless of whats going on currently, they put infrastructure into the wild wild west that was FC America 10 years ago.

They also brought Bayern coaches to Orlando frequently, gave opportunities to kids to play internationally and most recently reclaimed trotters in its entirety.

Not sure the "slowly dying" analysis holds up here.

Legacy Global Sports did not employ anyone who ran or runs GPS Orlando. It’s the GM who runs the day to day operations of the club, talks to parents and improves the coaches. Therefore it’s the GM who has been killing GPS Orlando, not Legacy Global Sports.

Totally agree! GPS were at best an average club. They fell well short of what they promised. Although GM did a subpar job, it actually got worse without him.

They got rid of all the great GPS staff who built the club. GPS acquired trotters park during a period of extensive on field programming, the best tournaments in FL outside Disney which together was a sound business model.

Legacy Global Sports (Steve Griffen) stole operating capital from all GPS Franchises and cut any ties to the GPS regime prior to LGS. He spent the last pennies the company had trying to sue ex GPS staff.

This isn’t true.

LGS made wholesale terminations that the GMs had no say over. GMs were forced to take salary cuts as part of mass cuts.

RH had his staff terminated, had his pay cut and has to pick up the pieces
