Could be a poor decision in the short term.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostTalent is lacking but it is not the only issue. The issue is that SB cannot keep his hands off the teams. Most of the teams can only play a physical direct game and the coaches that have come in play a combination of poss and direct ball. SB doesn't want that. he wants physical kick ball only.

Let's just have the fesa kids come to Armada so we can build what we need in Jacksonville and take Bubb out of the equation.

Make no mistake. It takes skill to §hit on you to your face and your kid during tryouts, and still get you to walk over to the "pay now or lose your spot on the B team Kiosk" on the cusp of a stroke, your kid in tears...you slowly walk over and pay them, year after year. That's why Berto and Scotty run tryouts. It's a rehearsed dance they do every year, the choreography is flawless. And it's no mistake which age group they coach. Big kids on baby fields. One year I watched as the opposition keepers for kicked the ball back and forth to each other...the strategy "punt it deep and get a deflection". That's why they're still there year after year. High enough to earn money, but not high enough to actually be measured against any realistic situation. Having 11 year olds on an 8v8 pitch falling over each other, shooting from midfield, the following year is always hilarious when corners and free kicks can't even get off the ground and the kids can't string more than 2 passes together...but that problem is some other poor bastards problem. That's why every year that U12/U13 FESA coach is a dead man walking.

New kits
Changing subjects from the coaching carrousel, any word/rumors on Armada’s new kits? I have heard they might be switching brands.
