I've decided that I am going to vote for Biden this November.* My reasonings are as follows:

- I think from an economy perspective, Trump has done what he wanted to do and I do think he's put us in a good place (if we continue to recover from Covid) that Joe can't mess it up in the next four years.

- The SC is set up to balance any over leftist agenda and down ballot elections over the next four years will keep things equal I feel.

- I'm ready to try to stop the division in this country, and while we may disagree on the blame in totality, Trump's needling on the left has started to cause more harm than good for me.

- I think the events of the last four years have shown that much of the country cannot be taken for granted, and we all will have a voice and not be dictated to from the elitists any longer.

* Due to his age, this final decision will depend on his running mate. I may reconsider if someone unqualified gets on the ticket due to societal pressures and not due to their qualifications.

I am NOT signing up for 8 years, not now. I'll take stock this time in 4 years and go from there. As I always will, I will vote for the candidate who checks the most boxes which benefit my family. They will always be my #1 concern. I've voted for candidates from various parties in the past, and will continue to do so.

(To be clear, I do not regret my vote for Trump, in case you were wondering.)
