The college coach list is for the iD camp, which is another $ maker.

      WAKE UP SHEEP!
A “few” teams from GA, Tampa...... a whole FECES-ton of teams from FESA!

Florida Elite at least has lots of its own teams to play, and it is nice to see a few teams from Georgia, Tampa, Miramar, and Space Coast coming to enjoy the preseason tournament. The Tottenham coaches should do a talk or something fun for the players. Hope they give out Tottenham cool stuff.
Nice spin! It’ll be a waste of time with coaches being told not to blow away other FESA teams with the scores! Hardly competitive

Do what’s best for your son soccer wise and go take a look at this. It’ll open up some of the DESA folks eyes once they see the level of DA compared to other leagues.

They will have to start lowering the registration fees for in house teams. The weather will be sunny and 80 degrees on Saturday and Sunday preseason scrimmages. The outside clubs will benefit even more from the preseason games just hope none beat our ECNL and NPL teams!

FESA folks are super smart. If the kid doesn't want to play high school and try out for Jax area DA he will. The players know about it.
FESA has its own focus of US Club Soccer ECNL and NPL for girls and boys, USL 2 Mens and Reserve teams. It also is a full service club for every level of player.

Here in Jullington Creek there exists several "Mommy resources" community pages that, not to my surprise, have been infiltrated with the FESA loyalists...

It seems FESA has been busy collecting money for recreational teams with no coaches assigned. They reached out to a parent whom got on this Facebook page to complain about an e-mail she had received asking for her to volunteer to coach.

Of course some minion got right on and "explained" they had reached out because this parent had indicated their willingness to "volunteer". Now everybody knows at FESA "volunteering" is mandatory, unless of course you pay cash to buy out. So this parent was wondering what she had paid for? If she was now being asked to coach...and she knows absolutely nothing about soccer.

Your DOC makes 6 figures and you charge parents to coach their own kids...where can I start a "all services league" like that?

Actually know a mom that coached her daughter's rec team, a first grade age team still eating orange slices at half time. Florida Elite actually gave the mom good training to handle facilitating the weekend games and FESA coaches came over to help one night a week with skills training.
Personally, I think FESA needs to get it running more like a factory with the volunteer rec parents still facilitating the weekend games. Clubs need to see parent volunteers at the very young rec ages as helpers.
But the recreation practices across all locations at FESA need to be consistent. Hire traveling rec coaches if need be. Run the rec practices in huge groups at the same time on the same nights at a club. Example - Tues / Thurs in Palm Coast 5pm- 5-7 year olds 6pm 8-10 year olds, 7pm 11-13 year olds, 8 pm-9:30 14 and up. They show up 15 minutes early and start stretching and be ready for the FESA skilled coaches to give a thirty minute skill and drill footskills and other mini lesson and then break out into small groups to apply the mini lesson in scrimmages. The parent volunteers of the teams are there to watch and encourage those lessons in weekend games. Do this at every FESA location. The developmental academy for the older ones ready to move up from rec can also have a consistent process in place for each location. I'm not a soccer expert but it seems so logical to build rec and development programs at FESA's many locations if consistent processes are in place.

It is not rocket science and very simple! FESA has more money than it knows what to with. Invest that showcase profit right back into the Recreation and Development programs like quality coaches at every FESA location far and wide. The players from Nocatee and Saint Augustine and everywhere will be coming out for that consistent recreation and development academy product with results.

The four year old FESA Future Stars program does have real coaches to teach core skills with teen volunteer assistants. It should be this way for recreation instruction too.

Also Palm Coast and Port Orange need the best leaders FESA has. It is time to build and develop FESA. Bubb has the FESA central area with lots of new growth on 210 and Riverside and the USL team to focus on. Parents don't want to travel far for recreational and developmental youth soccer.
Bubbs coaches are clowns and rarely seen around working hard. Not sure if FESA is the side gig or they have others? Bubb can't hold Pickett's jock and he knows it. Otherwise, Pickett would be long gone and winning elsewhere.
