Just a cry for help; a feeling of inadequacy due to overwhelming feelings of having nothing useful to contribute to an open forum - textbook really.
Good luck, whoever you are; try to get over those feelings; I know it is hard because another hallmark of this condition is overwhelming feelings of loneliness and despair because you push everyone away; the expression a "self fulfilling prophecy" is applicable here. You push people away because of the feelings of inadequacy and eventually you are alone because no one understands how you are feeling and just leave you alone. You turn to this forum and it is fools gold for you; you can say something anonymously, test the waters so to speak and initially that feeling is great - pure joy, you can express yourself. Then, sadly, the truism of any public board becomes apparent to you, people just love to make fun of other people anonymously, deserved or not, and the old feelings of inadequacy return, only stronger because now you feel ever more powerless because you cant even express yourself on an anonymous board.
Its okay, you can do it, don't take anything anyone says to seriously, try to laugh at yourself and try to find joy when other poke fun at someone else. If you can master that, eventually you can try real human interaction once again, and just speak to someone else, whomever, we are all rooting for you.
