    Well there aren't that many to begin with but the two we've had experiences with were both quite good for both the field players and GKs. Some other coaches truly value a good GK and their role, even if they can't always be the best instructor for them. That can work well for young GKs as long as they're getting additional GK training on the side. Avoid any club or coach that doesn't value them or offer good GK training.

      It's not always easy to find coaches or teams that will cooperate but if you can find one who will let your young GK do half and half that is ideal. Or mine played on two teams up until U13, one field, on GK. Once you get to U13 - U14 then the expectations are you're in the net most of the time.
