The exodus will continue at WPU. Next year, more kids will leave, and all because BT only cares about his daughter and the DOCs are not very bright and all they care is about themselves and the coaches. They care less about the kids or the parents who are the ones who pay the bills.Comment

BT I know you read this forums because you have mentioned it so please if you have some decency left just step down and accept that you were not capable of running this type of organization and by the way return all of these years salary payments the club needs the money.Comment

Ten things that need to be done:
1 - New election for President and Two ancillary board members
2 - New president HIRES (all these positions are fireable by vote)
a. registrar/office manager (dual role)
b. marketing/web manager (dual role)
c. treasurer/accountant (dual role)
d. operations/field manager (dual role)
e. fundraising/Sponsorship manager (dual role)
3 - Keep Billy Rivera, reduce salary
4 - Remove David and Henry from leadership roles
5 - Hire Legit DOC that will lead crew of coaches
6 - Cant fire every coach, but some need to go. The New DOC will have to figure this out
7 - Remove all current board membersComment
