The problem is that the Dems have no leadership and no message. They have given the keys to a bunch of ill informed, abrasive activists who have no sense of how to win a national election. Three freshmen activist congresswomen, a handful of lefty scolds and two 80 something white guys, plus Nancy and Chuck. Yikes. And Thank you!

      PS

NEW DETAILS: Rosenstein intends to stay at DOJ until the Mueller report drops. Why? A source familiar with the matter tells CNN that Rosenstein wants to stay around so he can be the "heat shield," or absorb the punches, if there is fallout from the Mueller report.

I know . “Fake “ news until its time to “open up and say aaaahhhh”

      “If” there is fallout ....

NEW YORK (AP) — The apparent suspension of Jeanine Pirro is squeezing Fox News Channel in two directions.

A prominent Muslim-American civil rights organization is calling for advertisers to boycott Fox News, while another group is petitioning to have the weekend host reinstated.

Fox attached itself to the Trump train and it may bite them in the azz in the long run. Pirro isn't the only problem Fox has right now. Depending on what business you run and where you want to take it, you might not want to advertise on Fox. Murdoch has stayed loyal to Trump (in spades) but he's also 88 years old. Disney and Fox have now merged and there will be shakeups to follow. Disney certainly doesn't want to be dragged down into the mud with the likes of Tucker Carlson.

Companies advertise to sell products. The more eyeballs you get the better.

Fox consistently has the highest ratings on Cable. Do the Math.

Leave capitalism to the good guys. Now run along to the rally to allow 12 year olds to vote.

How do you take pleasure in Manafort potentially getting away with stealing $30 million from the American public, defrauding banks and doing all of those other criminal things that he admitted to? Those crimes are not process crimes. They are serious violations of the law. Do you see him as a victim here?
I get a great deal of pleasure hearing a certain Democrat may be nabbed by Mueller's investigation.

A day after drugmaker AstraZeneca said it would no longer advertise on "Tucker Carlson Tonight," a second advertiser, bedding company Sheex, has said it also would pull ads from the program.

"Due to the inappropriate statements of Tucker Carlson that have recently come to light, Sheex has made the decision to cease advertising on his television program," the company, which was founded by two women, said in statements to news sites The Daily Beast and The Wrap, and subsequently forwarded to USA TODAY.
Big advertiser , no? Wanna see more ?

Among advertisers who have left Pirro's show is drugmaker Novo Nordisk, which in a statement sent to USA TODAY, said, “We respect each person’s right to express their thinking and beliefs, however, we are re-evaluating our advertising on this program at this time.”

                    This is amazing

Prosecutors used a new law Trump signed to get data from Cohen's Gmail
                    From CNN's Marshall Cohen

Federal prosecutors used a new law signed by Trump to go after his former fixer Michael Cohen, court filings reveal.

Investigators in the Southern District of New York obtained a search warrant to access Cohen’s Gmail account in February 2018. Google turned over some documents, but the tech giant “declined to produce data that it stored on computer servers located outside of the United States,” according to an affidavit submitted to the court by an FBI agent working on Cohen’s case.

Weeks later, Trump signed the CLOUD Act into law, which gave US law enforcement more legal pathways to pursue data stories overseas. The provision was tucked into the $1.3 trillion spending bill Trump signed to avoid a federal government shutdown.

With the new law on the books, federal prosecutors went back to court in and asked for another warrant to get the materials that Google refused to turn over.

In an April 2018 affidavit, the FBI agent argued that “providers are required to disclose data even if it is stored abroad” under the new law. The judge approved the new search warrant later that day, giving investigators access to additional information from Google, including Cohen’s emails, attachments, address book and files stored on Google Drive.

Advertising isn't just about the largest number of eyeballs. It's about reaching the right eyeballs. Gone are the days of slapping your TV spots on the top 3 networks. It's far more targeted now. More importantly, if advertising on the network has more negatives in terms of boycotts or harming your reputation then none of it is worth it. There are Youtube channels, websites and social media pages dedicated to outing Fox advertisers so that consumers will pressure them to drop the network.

You are mixing media....either out of ignorance or to try and make your point. The difference in a targeted social media driven campaign and an ad that runs on a major network is so vast that the comparison is absurd. Betting Fox is gonna be ok!

Hey Cons, how about your ‘new Sheriff in town’? He’s changed his mind and now says Rosenstein will stay on through the release of Mueller’s report.

And still no Special Counsel to bring down that evil witch Hillary.
