    Highline Premier FC??

What is going on with Highline Premier FC? Seems the club is shrinking and many players and coaches are moving to Eagleclaw or PacNW. Isn't West Seattle an assigned territory for Seattle United or is it assigned territory for PacNW?

HPFC has been shrinking since they were booted out of the RCL, even though they met all of the conditions to stay as an RCL club. They're strong on the young boys side (09s), so it will be interesting to see how many of the players stay. The teams usually get weaker every year as most of the best players eventually head to Pac. The players going to Eagleclaw have been players that aren't good enough to make Highline's select teams.

West Seattle is still part of Highline, so it's not part of the territory for either SU or Pac. Highline doesn't seem to really care though with Pac playing lots of games in SeaTac (Valley Ridge, Glacier MS), which is part of the HSA boundary. It's messy when you have the premier teams playing in the PSPL and the select and rec teams still part of WYS.

Highline needs a total makeover or they should merge with another club quickly. Lots of their coaches have left and some of the current crew are pretty outspoken that they are leaving and won’t be there next season. Quality of training and play is way, way down.

I've witnessed quite a bit of positive with the coaching staff and a number of them are really excited about what's going on with the 09 boys. There's a high probability that the team will stay together for the next few seasons.

HPFC has been in trouble for the past decade, it isn’t anything new. It should be noted that Highline Premier, while still associated with the Highline Soccer Association, is only associated with US Club PSPL so technically Highline Soccer Association has no RCL premier presence in the West Seattle or Highline areas. Highline Select is part of NPSL Wa youth soccer, and their programs are growing in all age groups. Highline Soccer club rec teams compete is SSUL and NPSL.
