You can name a coaching candidate. Who is BB?

What about a good local HS or academy coach? That would be the way I would go...local clubs like Delco and Bucks would offer an instant recruiting pipeline for Penn.

Nice troll move, so we agree that Bucks and Delco don’t have any coaches that have the qualifications, and would only be a pipeline for players on teams that are always at the bottom 2 in their ECNL divisions. Penn will do everything possible to hire a woman, and she will come from an elite university background.

Don't know who BB is, but if you think a "club" coach is getting an Ivy job, you are an idiot.

Assistant was selected to prestigious "30 under 30" program. Would be hard not to give her job.

Not true. Princeton coach was club coach as was Harvard. I think Yale was as well. However you want national recognition not local.

Also asst picked current roster which did not have much success. Unlike VanDyke, didnt come from Stanford program and actually win a national championship.

True. Princeton's head coach was with CFC (asst was with Bucks) and Harvard was with NEFC.

Also Rutgers has a pda coach so what’s wrong with bringing in a club coach?

Go look at the bio on Princeton coach. Do you read these things? Did not come from a club.

The next coach is not going to be a CLUB coach. This is D1!!!!

You realize Ct Football Club is cfc right. He was a founder. Try again.

And harvard coach started at NEFC and continued yo coach there even while at BC.

I coached so I know them and their backgrounds. And it isn't unusual. VanDyke coached club too before coming to Penn.

You realize some club coaches also are college coaches too, right?
