No, he is right, there are many our age getting this virus. It's just a terribly low percentage. An even lower percentage for those requiring hospitalization and a negligible death rate for our age without underlying conditions. Overall though, there are probably thousands our age that have or had covid-19.

Friends - a couple in their mid to late 40s - are still recovering from it. They've been flat out for nearly two weeks now, still really weak. Thank goodness they didn't have to go the hospital. Their oldest - a college freshman - had to learn the hard way how to run the house for the younger two in MS. What they describe as "mild covid" isn't the same as "mild flu" - it's definitely much worse for some people. Others, mysteriously, do just fine. Personally I'd rather not find out.

Get out of limited bubble. There are plenty of examples right here in NY, let alone elsewhere. Statistically less likely yes, but its not zero either. Owning my own business that's struggling now, I also can't afford to be knocked out of functioning well for 10-14 days. We also owe it to our larger communities to act responsibly

Video Proof is out there and clubs are posting it themselves.
A lot of clubs are posting online videos and telling their players to be safe.
The videos are typically a single coach showing players what to do at home with limited soccer equipment.
HOWEVER
Some coaches have been using their players to help demo and they are definitely not practicing social distancing. OR limiting the size of their gathering.
Look for it IT’S out there.
