Again, not correct. Others moved up but only when they moved from 9v9 to 11v11. Not one offensive player since. So stop kidding yourself. Team (midfield) needs a big shake up if the coach cares about winning.

Very few and they missed years of the best competition and top training the club could offer because some soft princesses and their entitled parents locked up spots they should not have kept. If you know B players move up every year, why does the club and A team coaches pretty much treat the B team like the plague and you see very little mixed training and scrimmages? I will tell you why. The club does not want B team parents to see their kid playing along side A team players because they may get some ideas and wonder why not their kid? Maybe you are not sucking enough butt and tossing some extra cash around for soccerathon and coaches camp? Maybe do Bubb's laundry.

The club needs to train the players and parents on the mindset that good coaching and development happens on the ECNL, NPL, and FPL level teams at Florida Elite. Also, playing a full game on the NPL team can be better than sitting the bench full time on the ECNL team. FESA needs to make sure that there is ongoing scrimmages between the leveled teams and many ongoing evaluations of players and in different positions on the field. Players should be dual rostered and called up to play on a higher team’s game whenever a chance.

Why midfield? Why is that what you say specifically?

This is really true. Parents going to coach and directors and getting their kids on teams they have no business playing on - then the teams are weakened and FESA loses - but hey, parents of the weak players are happy.

From what date to what date are you pulling data? That is many NPL games compared to ECNL games.
