Holistic coaching? How can it be a holistic approach when you have terrible communication with parents, terrible communication between club and staff, terrible training sessions and you can't even manage your own field situation for the past 6 years? Do you even know what a holistic approach is? how does the u19 team that has been together the longest and have trained years together suck the most?we are about development not winning attitude is not cutting it anymore not one kid is getting looks from colleges unless their high school coaches are helping them out.

Check coach terrible record last year in Kendall U19 DA and this year in Boca U19 MLS. Kendall U19 traditionally had very competitive teams. He maybe won a couple of games with Kendall last season. You can’t despise talent in soccer.
