It is a very fast paced and dynamic soccer game if the correct players are in the game for the U16s ..... There pressing is the best in the age group hands down .

U16 Midfield is slow and lacks any kind of creativity kid up top has not skills defense is doing well . If so good why only one win?

how does the u19 team that has been together the longest and have trained years together suck the most?we are about development not winning attitude is not cutting it anymore not one kid is getting looks from colleges unless their high school coaches are helping them out.

After studying player development models domestically and internationally, U.S. Soccer collaborated with ... Coaches can devote more time to these areas in training with players learning on there own. Both players and coaches must learn to deal with and manage the challenges of playing .... We find that the reason players can't play in USA is because there dad carried them through the whole process.

Holistic coaching? How can it be a holistic approach when you have terrible communication with parents, terrible communication between club and staff, terrible training sessions and you can't even manage your own field situation for the past 6 years? Do you even know what a holistic approach is? Terrible training, terrible communication, a DOC who does not even show up for trainings, terrible to non existent leadership, coaches who aren't educated to even know how to manage their performance environment, a DOC who does not do anything to educate his staff, a staff that dislikes their DOC, a staff that gets no coaching education, a staff that everyone does what they feel like, no style of play but you are supporting a holistic approach? Please let me know what areas your performing well on in regards to the holistic approach? Do not bring up rubbish about a holistic approach if you can't back it up.
