Where have you been? If a kid is on the 3rd or 4th team, they will never become a best player because their parents are not like or connected at JFC no matter ability or potential. And the A team never has any demotions to free up roster spots so long as they keep paying so good luck waiting for that A team spot maybe by U17 when they can sit the bench and be a roster-filler then. In the meantime, you can expect a lot of promises and hot air blown up your skirt to 'keep the faith'. Any year now.

And if any roster spots come open on the top teams, those go to players from outside the club to lure them in.

They can hold your card. A legal contract was signed at the start of the season holding you to a year. Or, of course, if you are rec - then you only pay for half a season so you can go.

Clubs should be about the kids and not money mills

They have to be let go legally if they want to get their player cards. That likely won’t happen. If they were let go they were likely lower level players that didn’t bring much to the table....other than their check which already cleared.

US Club requires you release the pass. ECNL & ECNL will not release the pass unless both clubs agree to the transfer.
