Are parents seriously going to fall for this when they can have ECNL?

Why is this a constant reply? There are not enough ECNL teams to go around so, yes, other players are going to "fall for this".

Hard to understand why people get so upset when players want to stay on their team, such as NEFC or SSS and create a league because they're not allowed into ECNL. Please leave them be, what does it matter to you?

One of the great mysteries on this board is the constant obsession with why clubs who are not allowed into ECNL choose to try to do something that works and how that affects people who are not a part of it.

NEFC was an ecnl club and voluntarily chose to leave. Select would be about 10th on the list of clubs between here and MD if the ECNL chose to expand. Next?

so should parents of u littles go with scorpions from very young hoping to stay with them hoping to get to ecnl? basically do kids have a better chance getting into ecnl team later if they are with scorpions since young or is it typical to switch clubs around high school if your kid looks like they are going to be a strong player?

A stronger player from outside the club will always get a spot and replace a weaker player. If players are equal, they may keep the longer tenured and loyal player.

okay that makes sense but wouldn't say Stars and Scorpions have better training than the other clubs anyway and competition so they likely have a better chance due to better coaching? we are looking around so thats why the questions.
