You clearly do not understand the history of these two clubs. They would never form a partnership after what happened in the past. Good try

Old beefs. AL was a coach at Rush and they are one of two clubs that actually speaks with OC. The kids not making it could end up at ideasport also.

Correction....HAD a starting 05 player. There is no 05 team anymore.

Again, there will be multiple 05 players on the U17 team. I can think of 7 or 8 that will make the team. Those who say otherwise is wrong. It will mostly be made up of 05's with a few 04's sprinkled in.

Living in denial doesn't make it so. The u17 team will have all 04 players and maybe 1 or 2 05 bench players. Please let us know when your 05 starter gets his offer letter.

Not denial, we know our son will make it already and will play. Of course it is hard for those who have been cut or let go because they lacked the skill needed to compete at this level. We forgive you but stop posting in our thread.

Any updates about u16 or u19 teams for next year? Did they officially tell anyone yet?

First we are not part of your club but do play against your club, our coach told us the two MLS teams in the state,IM & OC, will only be fielding U15's and U17's this upcoming season. We could be wrong but they were in communications with all the clubs to build a schedule.

Just a quick simple check on the IM website will show you their plan for next season which will be u13, u14, u15 and u17. Of course OC is always a cloud of secrecy, but I am sure they will follow something similar.

So any word on OC and the 05's then? Will they merge with the 04's or is there truth to OC going all 04's for the U17.

Letters went out to the 05 age group Monday. I think only one or two were sent from the office.

There were a few 06's that played for the 05 team, the one 06 that played midfield will be on the U15 side and the other regular 06 red headed player on defense will be dropped due to coaches decision. Apparently behavior that the coaches find unbecoming for their program. I was told this was strictly a coaches decision based off this past season.
The other invites should go out today and tomorrow.They still will be adding players and there will be tryouts June 15th and June 16th to players invited and returning players that are on the cusp to help coaches finalize their decisions going forward. The tryout could go week long but that will be decided by the coaches and if they fill the spots. They have first pre-season games ,minus no restrictions with Convid-19, slated for first weekend in August but this is also fluid as OC has not responded yet to MLS youth league to confirm their game times. MLS youth league also wants to use OC's training center and fields for several of the games with the Florida teams to kickoff the pre-season.
No U19 side, they will either go to OCB or dropped.
