On the westside of I-5 in the metro area Old Man Winter & the OYSA were nowhere to be found today.

        Par for the course.

When can we expect to see the new schedules?

In their infinite and never ending wisdom, OYSA has told clubs to reschedule their own games. So probably never.

Which begs the obvious question, they don't supply any of the fields they are only paid to supply a referee crew and SCHEDULE games.

Time for refunds from the OYSA, if in fact they have asked clubs to do a job they (OYSA) are PAID for.

It's man hours for the clubs now, what does a club do, tell staff schedule these games for free on your own unpaid time?

Good God who is running the OYSA crap show?

You may mock DA but this doesn’t happen in our league

Everyone makes fun of the DA program and laughs at the quality but games never get rained out.

No, because the staff that is paid by OYSA fees takes care of your scheduling problems.

It also doesn't happen in ECNL either, but our fees didn't magically and mysteriously go up to underwrite ECNL.

I don't care what DA or ECNL does. I do care that we had two games cancelled last weekend and are told its our responsibility to reschedule them. OYSA knows d*mn well these games won't get rescheduled. We pay $975 for a 10 game season. That's $97.50/game. If OYSA doesn't want to do the work of rescheduling these games, they need to refund clubs $97.50 per cancelled game. They didn't have to pay referees for the games so this should be no trouble.

How can the clubs reschedule the cancelled games when the OYSA schedule for the rest of the season isn’t even out yet? When is OYSA going to schedule all 10 games?
