Who went running straight into the arms of GDA. LISC was allowed to keep two teams this year, one decent, the other just awful, and now they're getting another team next year. Their teams are improving and will continue to do so as talent gets injected. Fury had an advantage of already having home grown players and a long standing reputation. Lisc is starting from scratch. The U14s haven't won one game all year and have a -127 GD thanks to the whopping 7 goals they have had all year. Two of their last three games were 0-10. This spring they lost twice to WA Spririt VA twice 0-3 but only lost 1-2 in the fall. That same team hasn't even won a handful of games all season either. Improvement? Zero signs of improvement. nope. they need to fill slots because they are late to the party. has nothing to do with GDA. it not a GDA or ECNL thing. Parents have LOCAL options. you play the cards you are dealt. if your local club is in one league or the other it is what it is. totally disagree. Clubs do what is best for them economically. That club cannot fill rosters for both leagues. you have a non confrontational man coming off a serious illness vs the pro ECNL faction at WC. No contest. how good or bad a specific team is is irrelevant. In all of this ECNL vs DA, clubs like WC are making business decisions not Soccer decisions. Same thing with PDA and FC Stars.
