Seattle has five now so it's already unbalanced.

That would be a very smart move.

Seattle has 4 now, and next year will be unbalanced for travel so we will see how that works out.

Boise Thorns was already in ECNL. It was FC Nova.

Will they shut down GDA? Will it go the way of JC Penny, Sears and Kmart? Still stick around for a while.

Probably people getting paychecks will want to drag it out a little. I would not blame them. We all have to pay rent and grab a bag of McDonalds now and again for a bite.

There is pac, su, efc, xf, wpfc so far. I can see rush or snohomish getting
one for the north players. What's a few more drops into an ocean?

As long as Oregon holds firm with just two ECNL clubs we should be able to compete well with Washington’s teams. The more they add up north the merrier...

Maybe Oregon should consolidate into one ECNL team? That could raise the quality and solve some issues.

Oregon is in a better spot with two ECNL Teams than Washington that now has to split the talent pool over four squads. One of the two teams in Oregon will start to separate themselves from the rest of the NW League and finish near the top at each age level.....book it.

Even better if the Thorns join ECNL and another club, Eastside or Vancouver. Having four ECNL teams would benefit everyone.

Another GDA club, Eagles SC in Southern California, has left for ECNL. Rumor is SoCal Blues is next.
