It's tryout time. It's par for the course that the propaganda machines go into overdrive. Galway is an annual target for whatever reason. This year seems extreme though. Are they really in trouble? How many teams does a club like Galway require to remain solvent?

They'll be fine. Wealthy parents on the South Shore have a long standing tradition of paying more for less.

As a parent of a kid playing at Galway my kid will be there tonight but tomorrow will be somewhere different because we are worried that most of the good players and teams are moving on and do not want to be stuck on a crap team with FA coaching because they list to much money and won't be able to pay to keep good coaches.

Love to be a fly on the wall when they are calling the kids tonight and offering spots on Galways elite teams and seeing the reaction when they do not get an answer right away.

I would imagine they would be expecting a lot of kids there today the only coaches with time to check this thread today at 3 would most likely be from Galway with most of their teams gone they probably have nothing but time on their hands.
