A quick look - only PDA and CASL are missing.... but that's it.
Looks like all of the others in the top flight of the ECNL tournament are there.
How accurate could list be?

FCPDX applied for the DA also. Not because they want to do the DA but because they wanted to cover their bases just in case. That right there shows a lot.
I don't know about CU

What does this mean for the (2) local Oregon Clubs who are firmly placed in the bottom tier of the Mountain Division of the Northwest Conference of the parent group Elite Clubs National League?

I find it amusing that someone things GDA will be a top level program for girls soccer.
The poster suggesting that it's a Thorns Academy or Timbers Alliance troll could be right, though, it's just someone throwing out nonsense.

US Soccer has instituted th the GDA as the highest level for Girls in the U.S. Let them know you think that is Funny, maybe they will share a laugh with you, or more precisely a laugh at your expense.

GDA is a joke and won't ever get off the ground. There is no support for it from the top clubs. It'll be lower level than OYSA Premier if it ever gets going at all.

This is FC defensiveness:
1. Go after the language instead of the message. (Even if you are wrong regarding the use of language)
2. Throw in a little trailer park joke.
3. Repeat as necessary.
Speaking of remedial, make sure you proof read the original post as well as your own next time. I helped you complete your second sentence with a couple ideas.
