Quantity vs Quality. When FCP's or CU's numbers go up at placements it comes from C level talent. When WT_FC has girls disappear south...guess who it was (here's a hint, thanks for taking on the girls who would rather play with daisies than compete). Then you complain when you can't beat Vantucky in state...lol. It's a vicious cycle really poor Oregon soccer.

Seems like the best WT_FC team was busy competing in the Washington State Championships against actual competitive programs. Sorry THUSC didn't get a chance to finally beat them after years of whoopings.

Not everyone is upset. Parents of players 14-24 can now boast at social events about the madskills their DD has. $5K, about the same as your club, unless you never travel out of state which is highly probably for your rec club. Players 19-24 will combine with 02 age group reserves to put an ECNL reserve team in OYSA 2002. You'll get a chance to get beat by a "B" team, just like what happened last year.
