Kids in DA are voluntarily required to follow these protocols and they love the freedom of not having to follow the market laggards. 'MBA suits' have nothing to do with it.
My kids love playing HS, they have no chance of being in the 1% selected for a DA. We love playing for our travel team and it's a hoot to go all over the nation, just for the heck of it. We could play locally with another club, but who wants to? Seriously when you can travel :) and play weaker teams than our local club counterparts. #mileageplan, #airborneaddict, #wififree@airport! #winbabywin

She loves it.

You are only a kid once.
Another delusional parent. The only people who think your daughter is one of the better players at her age group are you and your wife. The other folks think she is pretty average.

:))))) Funny and probably true for most of us. The point was valid though, you are only a kid once and enjoy the ride. Sports are supposed to be an activity that you have fun with. Play high school and have as much fun as possible!!!!!

Our coach has expressed the same sentiments as us about our daughter so you are wrong! The Academy has taught us to forego earthly pleasures (like HS soccer) to achieve a state of self actualization. Most Club players operate in the realm of security and basic needs. The 1% understand self actualization. Below that level, kids may try but they are not there yet.
