Having reffed a lot of the above teams from the North (and I will have done all but two by season's end), I'd have a different relative ranking of them. But I'll just point out two on opposite ends of the spectrum: Medford has looked real good (esp offensively), and will no doubt move (way) up, while Lowell mentioned as an also-ran is, to put it politely, quite generous.

Lowell had a bad loss to North Andover, but has seemingly done ok against the rest of the teams. Merrimack same thing, half the teams in that conference are pretty bad.

Half of these teams in the Northeastern conference are pretty awful, you could have a team in that conference look like world beaters for a couple of games and in reality compared to the other top teams, they might not be that great. It's still early though.

Middlesex is a quality league, and Arlington, Lexington, Winchester, and Belmont will be fighting it out all season.
Dual County League is also quality, with Concord-Carlisle, Lincoln-Sudbury, Wayland always fielding very good teams. In the past 5 years, each school has won at least one state championship.
Nauset still plays very soft competition overall, although their win over Somerville is something to note.
