Not ECNL.
Stop BS-ing and pumping up the CFC chest beaters. Stop complaing on TS like a whining baby. Just move on to another NPL team or Ct team. ECNL kids stay because they understand how it works.

If Central is your goal then by all means stay at FSA. Hope all that money for fees and travel is worth it

having seen the HS age team at my daughter's age play, I can tell you that they are far from technical.

even if the kids are technical it would be wasted given the manner in which they play. 7 defenders, two holding mids and one forward chasing long balls. This was the definition of boot ball.

Again, some of the player may very well be skillful and have good technique but it wouldn't matter in that scenario. I will say that they defended well in numbers and several kids made great tackles. Their soccer as a team was a total disaster.

That is the formation only for half of the first half. After that, they keep adding defenders behind the ball that are too tired to keep trying to get out in front of those long balls. This is why no one scores on them (and, why they don't score many goals).

If your kid wants to be a teacher or an engineer, the smart money goes to Central The dummies go to Trinity and pay 71k to live in the hood. Added bonus, CCSU actually gets to the NCAA's once in awhile.
