Wonder how many times that rule has been broken? As a public school, when half of your roster is coming from outside the district, something just ain't right. Why should all of these outsiders get to take spots from girls who are actually from Whitman/Hanson?

If WH's academics are subpar, compared to a tranfer's local school, and a parent wants to sacrifice education for soccer, it's their choice. HS soccer sucks for the most part, who cares. If the parents value having their kid relive faded memories of HS games, while washing dishes at Chiles, so be it.

I've seen some D1 football prospects from inner city housing playing for some pretty affluent towns. There's a reason for all these programs wether it's arts, academics or athletics. Jmo

And the inner city kids are part of the metco program, also nothing to do with WH

Thanks for the clarification DF. We know you have more coming in this season. Ironic many of the girls that come in happen to be the areas top players.
